Construction Update: The main gallery is under renovation and should not affect historic house tours.

Hours: The museum is open year round Thursday through Monday from 1- 4 p.m.  For a complete experience, visitors should arrive before 3 p.m., as tours take about an hour.

We are closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and major holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) as well as the first week of January. The museum is partially wheel-chair accessible.

Directions: We are located one mile north of I-84 from exit 41 east or west; follow the signs to the Noah Webster House. Our address is 227 South Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06107 USA.

Admission: Adults $7, AAA cardholders and Senior Citizens $5; Students 6 through 18 and College students with a valid ID $4: Age 5 and younger are free. Museum members are free.

Parking: The museum has limited on-site parking, but street parking is available on Main Street and Crestwood Drive.
