Historic House Tour
A guided tour of Noah Webster’s 18th-Century birthplace, encompassing four period- furnished rooms.  Program length: 1 hour.  Fee: $5/per person.  Minimum: 10 people Maximum: 50 people.

Hearth Cooking
A perfect addition to an historic house tour! Help cook delicious Sunday-night wafers and/or applesauce over the open hearth in our reproduction 1750s kitchen. Then sample your creations in our gallery space. Program length: 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Fee: $5/per person for Sunday-night wafers OR applesauce; $10/per person for Sunday-night wafers AND applesauce.  Minimum: 10 people Maximum: 50 people.
 
Tavern Games
Colonial times will come to life when you try your hand at tavern games such as Nine Men’s Morrice, Skittles, Shove ‘Ha Penny, and Captain’s Mistress in our gallery space. Program length: 30 minutes to 1 hour.  Fee: $5/per person for 30 minutes; $10/per person for 1 hour.  Minimum: 10 people Maximum: 50 people.

The Colonial Package
Cook a traditional colonial meal over the open hearth, tour the historic house, and play tavern games. Menu to include vegetable stew, applesauce, hoe cakes, Sunday-night wafers, and freshly churned butter. Dinner is served in our gallery space! Program length: 2.5 hours.  Fee: $35/per person.  Minimum: 10 people Maximum: 30 people.

Tavern Night
Enjoy the raucous atmosphere of an 18th-century tavern! We serve you a three-course tavern-style meal by candlelight in our gallery space, followed by live entertainment and a chance to play tavern games. Menu changes seasonally. Price includes two complimentary drinks. Subject to availability. Program length: 1.5 hours.  Fee: $35/per person.  Minimum: 40 people Maximum: 50 people.  Please allow at least 4 weeks notice for booking.

Outreach Programs

Let us come to you! A museum staff member will visit your facility to present a variety of topics. Fees: For each presentation, $100 (within a 20-mi. radius), $125 (40-mi. radius), $150 (60-mi. radius), plus roundtrip mileage.
